Client Experience Manager
Connie Perney joined Estrela Consulting in April 2015 as the Client Experience Manager. She has a comprehensive background in customer service, business and entrepreneurship.
Prior to coming to Estrela Consulting, Connie was the practice representative for Crossroads Chiropractic & Acupuncture in Northfield, Ohio where she helped the business establish name recognition, promote new patient programs, and develop key community relationships within the Nordonia Hills area. The role she served previous to this was Area Manager of Client Services for Senior Helpers NEO. There, Connie connected families seeking assistance for elderly relatives with Senior Helpers caregivers. Connie has also used her business skills to run her own online relationship marketing service, SendOutCards.com, to assist businesses in growing their customer base and increasing client referrals and retention.
Prior to transitioning to the small business arena, Connie led and developed customer service call center organizations at XO Communications, OfficeMax, and AT&T. She earned both her Mathematics and Computer Science Bachelor of Science degrees from Muskingum University in Ohio and also received her M.B.A. at Baldwin Wallace University in Ohio.
Connie enjoys working with families and their students at all levels. She actively coaches volleyball from beginners to high school athletes and is a Junior Olympic club coach. She, her husband, Tom, and their 3 daughters reside in the Northeast Ohio.
