Available Position: Client Experience Manager (Part-Time)
Location: Remote Work (Must be Ohio-based)
Summary of Opportunity:
Estrela Consulting is searching for a part-time Client Experience Manager to support a robust college planning firm. The Client Experience Manager is responsible for ensuring that Estrela delivers an exceptional and personalized experience to current and prospective clients. This is an exciting opportunity to join a successful and highly regarded firm in the college planning space. Estrela Consulting offers a competitive hourly rate for this part-time remote position, with compensation commensurate with experience and the scope of responsibilities outlined below.
Primary Responsibilities:
Ensure the entire client lifecycle is an exceptional experience tailored to the specific needs of each client
Deliver prompt, friendly and professional communication to clients via multiple channels, including email, phone, and chat
Educate and inform clients about how Estrela’s services can add value
Maintain accurate client records, including data entry in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
Follow up on inquiries from existing and prospective clients
Develop and update processes for efficiency and recommend improvements as needed
Schedule meetings/appointments with clients, schools and business partners
Create and run reports using Estrela’s CRM system to support operations and decision-making
Handle day-to-day office management tasks
Qualifications:

Experience working with demanding clients

Experience/Education:
Bachelors degree required
Proficient with Google Business Suite and HubSpot CRM
Minimum 5 years work experience desired
Experience in client relations/customer service role desired
Experience in marketing and/or event planning desired
